Dan Murtagh plays a number of instruments and has been an active participant in the local and national music community, playing in touring bands and producing quality audio recordings for a number of years.
Upon completing a Bachelor in Music Studies, majoring in Music Technology in 2008, as well as Certificate IV in Music Technology in 2004, both at the Adelaide University Elder Conservatorium, he since established himself as a full time producer and sound engineer in the Australian music community.
Dan's skills encompass a variety of DAW's including ProTools HD3, Cubase and Nuendo including extensive knowledge of high-end plug-ins. He has knowledgeable of a wide range of pro audio outboard systems and a thorough understanding of automation and MIDI sequencing.
In addition to his musical production skills he also has a competency in sound design for games and film, having created a range of sound assets and extensive ADR.
